I'm pretty sure the person who bought it, got it as a retail package. I don't think they seem to be used or previously opened, they just have a poor packing method. :o
When I got my XFX 8800GTS I noticed that the HDTV adapter and one of the DVI to VGA adapters was missing. I contacted their support team and they sent me out those missing parts pretty snappy via Fed Ex. I saw in one of the Newegg customer reviews someone had the same problem but with different...
I'd go with the antec 900. It's an excellent case but sucks if you've got a lot of cables. I assume you won't have too much since you've got the corsair psu (same as mine :D).
It certainly is for me. Now I know not to dick around with anything with small fast spinning fans like my 6600GT. That was hell on earth, thank god it died lol.
I've had artifacting like that in spiderman 3, not that bad though. I'm using the same drivers... Every other game runs fine for me, have you by any chance tested other games?
What's this "ripple" with the OCZ power supplies all about? I never knew about this before... Thankfully I've got myself a corsair psu in my rig and the brand new gameXstream 850W is sitting on myself dormant :p
Could you guys take a look at this thread I made over at guru3d and give me a decent answer like asap? thanks.

I set my cards AA setting to 16XQ and started up spiderman 3 and noticed there was some heavy duty artifacting going on. Is this due to too high of a setting or what? this card is almost 4 days old with no overclocking done to it.
I'm wondering if the "PEG Link Mode" setting i'n my bios had anything to do with the premature demise of my 6600GT. I overclocked the thing like once but set it back to stock clocks a long time ago. It's so weird cause it just happened out of nowhere, and I surely hope it doesn't...
From reading some other threads, they apparently send you the same card but refurbished. That's why I didn't bother to RMA my 6600GT, I said screw it and got a newer series card. Imo it's not worth it, at least not for my particular situation.
I can honestly say right now, that if I was to put a side fan in mine with the A64 pro in there, it'd be cutting it pretty close. Si I'd advise you to leave out the side fan.
