XFX 8800GTS missing accessories

When I got my XFX 8800GTS I noticed that the HDTV adapter and one of the DVI to VGA adapters was missing. I contacted their support team and they sent me out those missing parts pretty snappy via Fed Ex. I saw in one of the Newegg customer reviews someone had the same problem but with different parts. I was just wondering how common is this with them and what's up with it?
 
the egg at times will sell you a open box at times it has happened to my friend when he bought a few vid cards one was missing the cables the other was missing a few screws on the heat sink and the heatsink was quite corroded.
 
I purchased an XFX 7600GS card a while back from Buy.com with a killer rebate but ended up without the HDTV dongle. A quick email to XFX via their support form revealed that this unit didn't include the dongle but they would send one out free of charge.

Just register your card on their site and ask, I expect they will send you whatever you need.
 
I have gotten items from newegg that I would suspect they were open boxed items.

They worked well and came with everything.... they just seemed to been used or opened before

I'm pretty sure the person who bought it, got it as a retail package. I don't think they seem to be used or previously opened, they just have a poor packing method. :eek:

Cons: Ghost Recon, the component hdtv adapter and 1 dvi-vga adapter were missing in the box. I contacted XFXFORCE.COM and they are shipping the missing items out to me.
