Thanks for sharing that.Reminds me a bit of my old Gateway2000 that had the 486 DX/2 in it when I look back to that the technology was in the early 90s.
Yeah, the way the socket is positioned I can't mount it so the big part faces the fan.I wasn't thinking about that before I purchased the heatsink.I just naturally assumed that all processers were laid out the same. :hammer: Thanks for all the comments.
I have a buddy whos got a PIII 500mhz lol, takes him forever to load up photoshop. He doesnt really do anything except play MP3s,browse the internet and use Adobe.

My father did some survey thing with them at the Redmond officer, they usually give you your choice of 1 free legal copy of software.I told him to get XP Pro.This was back in 2001 I believe The license key is still valid to this day.
I have the exact same problem,I uninstalled and reinstalled and attempted to patch with no sucess. SOrry I couldnt help but I would like a soluation to this as well.
No its not worth it,wasted couple months playing that game.If you enjoy dealing with asshats, being teamkilled,or punished by all means play it. There are some bugs in that game that further prevent the game from being enjoyable like the name tag color bug. Yeah I uninstalled it and sold the game...
