There are many horror stories related to that PSU, I have had mine for close to a year and I started getting random restarts and terrible reliability, so I swapped to the Corsair 620W, and its doing fine so far.

I would double check the connections for power leds ect, make sure everything is well connected. I seriously doubt a bumped capacitor is the problem.
