Incorrect. First, it was not a "comeback", it was trying to nicely show you that you were/are out of line. Second, you made an absolute statement that is based on opinion and personal preference, thus it is out of place since that isn't possible. Third, go play nice with your GTS 320 and let the...
..in your opinion. You have no right to tell another person their purchase was a "waste", that is only for them to determine. Besides, if he wants it and has the disposable income to do it comfortably what business is that of yours to put down? Jealousy...it's not a nice thing. :p Back on topic...
There are quite a few players that play both Rohan and 2 Moons, in fact most of the really high levels from 2 Moons have gone into Rohan while they await Seige to be implemented. I'm in both, I gotta have me some grinding after work. :D
Then they might have a card that is priced the same as it's direct competition. Come on dude get off your high horse and watch this thing play out, quit trolling. Also, ATI can't drop the price too much, they're too close to insolvency as it is.:p
It's because they're using the Intel method, new architecture and then in the 'refresh' they die-shrink. We should see the 55nm by Christmas if not sooner.
In response to the above I would say that I do not believe that the Panny produced Pioneer sets will be the equal of the Pioneer produced ones, and thus why I think it's a shame. I know all the marketing talk about producing them to Pioneer's spec bla bla but having seen it done with various...
I've got many mods running including QTP3 and crowded roads and my rig(in sig) runs the game at 60fps nearly all the time at 1680*1050, the G92 GTS handles it just fine. I also have all graphical options maxed including draw distance without a hitch.
I have the Maximus Formula and an 8800 GTS 512, the little add-on sound card has it's own special PCI slot and is not covered by the 8800. You can plug both those things in and still have room for a wi-fi card, I have one plugged in atm also. :D
You are absolutely correct. My guess is he has a GTS 512(G92) and he hasn't modified the file so RivaTuner knows what card he has and that's why he can only adjust the fan speeds.
Thanks, I'll check it out again. I thought I had heard somewhere that it didn't play nice with Vista 64, is that true? I can't remember where I heard that but it was the reason I never installed it in the first place.
Yeah, I don't exclusively rely on Asus Probe 2 for my readings, I'll hop into the BIOS and check it out there too. After playing hard on Crysis(everything High) or The Witcher(Maxed Out) for a few hours I'll quickly reboot and go in the bios for readings, again the highest I've ever seen is...
Actually I like my house cold and I can afford to do it year-round. Right now I have the windows open to the room where the computer sits so it is pretty chilly(for Texas anyway). After 2.5 hours of playing The Witcher I got all the way up to 24C, I'd say that's good. I'm done discussing this(I...
I used Noctua 1200 RPM fans for my build in this case, and the temps are excellent. My rig is in my sig but the Noctua's have been awesome to me, I also have the perforated side panel with the matching fan/bracket from LL. My Q6600 doesn't go past 35C and that's running at 3ghz.
I'll agree with Copyright because I'm using Noctua's in my case and on my TRUE CPU cooler and it never exceeds 35C on a Q6600 @ 3ghz, it also does it's job completely silently.
I'm no expert but I do have the same motherboard so I can answer the first 2 questions. First= it's normal, use the + and - and you can type in some of the fields if you wish. Second= There is no way at this time without 'downgrading' to an older bios or wait for a new revision that fixes it.
Well I tried using the "CPU Level Up" feature and when I tried "Crazy" it would crash when it tried to initialize the RAM, I tried upping the voltage quite a bit and it was never stable. I got tired of messing with it and left it at 3ghz. I've tested the memory so it's not the problem, just...
I've had absolutely no issues with my Formula so far, other than is doesn't like to be overclocked with 8 gigs of RAM installed. The best I've gotten stable is a little over 3ghz on my Q6600, and it's the RAM and associated voltages holding me back(I couldn't find the right mix to be stable and...
Well I got mine up and running last night, 8gigs of RAM are hard on a motherboard when you overclock. :D I left it mildly overclocked becuase it's completely stable, thanks too all that answered my questions about more RAM. :)
I have a quick question, I'm new to more than 2 gigs of RAM and 64 bit OS's. I've read that Vista doesn't like more than 3 gigs of RAM installed until a hotfix is downloaded. Is this true for the 64 bit version too? If so, how should I proceed? I have (4) 2-gig sticks, so should I just plug in...
I have both the bs-01 and the bs-03, lol. When I finish my build I'll decide which one to use and depending on that whether to use the extra sidepanel I ordered with the vent holes. :D
My order from them went flawlessly, I ordered the extra sidepanel and 2 different models of LL fans/brackets for it. Anyway, I also used the Enermax Infinity 720 in my case, it looks nice!
