I have the Linksys WMP54G(ver. 4) wireless PCI card. I just installed it on a new system with windows xp pro. The problem I have is my transmit rate starts out at 54 Mbps. As soon as I go into a game, or do any CPU related activity, it drops down to around 10Mbps. This makes playing nay online...

I booted it up and there was just a black screen with writing on top, it said a .sys file was corrupt. I can't remember what it said and I don't think I want to try again to find out ;)

I'm pretty sure it was some windows file...Maybe I reached my limit on the chip? I heard that thye can get to 2.5 on air.

I have a XP-M 2600+ @1.536 200x11.5. This runs fairly stable but when I put the vcore up to 1.6 and raise the multiplier to 12, it boots up saying there's a corrupt file. I don't remember what the file was because I wanted to reboot fairly quickly to bring the multiplier down. Any idea whats...

Hmm...I just put the voltage at 1.6. I have a zalman 7000 al-cu and load temps are 44C / idle 39C. I ran Prime95 again but still no luck :(

All the error says is "The system has just recovered from a serious error." I've never upped the voltage before becuase I've heard that i can fry my chip...any chance of my chip frying?

I have a Thermal Take 420watt PSU. If I run my processor normally it will only be about 800mhz :( . Will one stick of RAM make the difference? I've only had this computer for a month and this problem started coming up about a week ago.

I have no idea what to post this under but here it is. I just took a 10 gig hd from an old pII and put it in my comp to transport some files. AVG come up with something about a trojan so i take the hd out and run a scan. Nothing comes up. Then avg tells me that it's missing a driver called...

hmm...This smartgart utility keeps telling m that it will only change the AGP setting if I restart to check if the settings are stable. Each time I restart it shows my agp as being off. Any other ideas?
