Yeah, I won't lose sleep over it. On principle though, I'm not paying $36 for priority overnight if it's actually going to take 4 days. Update: Just got off the phone with Digital River and nVidia. I got a bunch of excuses like: 1) Your order wasn't processed by our accounting dept until 6:45PM. 2) No comment from them when I pointed out that it could be "priority overnight" delivered on Saturday if they "processed" the order at 6:45PM on Thursday. 3) Due to the number of people ordering this product, extra time is required. 4) Orders are filled in the order they are received. 5) Your payment was not verified until after noon PST Thursday. 6) Your customer information was not verified until after noon PST Thursday. I explained to them that their website said it was in stock, and their website states "Orders must be received by 3:00pm EST (noon PST), to be processed the same business day." I noted to them that I paid by paypal so payment was made before noon PST Thursday and shipping/customer info was verified before noon PST Thursday. I have the paypal receipt proving that. I finally asked them if I should refuse delivery or open a dispute with paypal. nVidia CS then said they would submit a request for a partial refund but that it was not guaranteed. They're not going scam an extra $36 out of me.
