Quick question for those with IE7 experience. Is it possible to open an IE7 as an admin and try going to the directory by just typing in C:\ like you could in IE6? I know that by default it will open a new window based on the user whos logged into the machine.

I tried reinstalling the network driver that didnt change anything. My service pack download has been going for 3 days now. I went to a site to check my speed and it was something like 2.9KB/sec download and 42.9 KB/sec upload. Hope this helps.
