IE7 new window for explorer

Quick question for those with IE7 experience. Is it possible to open an IE7 as an admin and try going to the directory by just typing in C:\ like you could in IE6? I know that by default it will open a new window based on the user whos logged into the machine.
 
This is precisely the reason my Citrix Metaframe server at work still runs IE6 instead of 7. IE7 does not support Explorer Mode.
