They’re false positives. Sometimes the Out of Stock button takes a long time to appear or just doesn’t appear which sets off Distill. I believe you can manually set how long the delay is before Distill scans the webpage to allow for the button to appear but I think you have to directly change it in Distill’s code.Just setup Distill last night just to keep an eye out for a 3090 FE. 60-90 second checks on Nvidia's site (I don't want to spam their site or risk getting IP banned), set to pop up a browser tab to the site if out of stock changes to add to cart. With this being on my home PC and me teleworking right next to it, I can keep an eye on it all day and respond quickly if it alerts. So far, it has triggered an alert as "add to cart" 4 times since 12:30am. Yet every time the site comes up, out of stock. Not sure if they are false positives, Nvidia mocking me, or if they are really going that fast. Am I doing something wrong here?
I'm tempted to set one up for the EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra, it is shorter than the FE by 13mm, but I was hoping to eventually put a water block on the FE, which would make it quite a bit shorter once done. But with the cost of the FTW3, I would need to decide then if I ever plan to water cool it. Plus, I haven't seen anything yet about its noise and temp profiles to compare.
