    Hello VanGoghComplex, I have read your thread with the delided proc and EK monoblock and I am on the same boat. Please help getting one of those thicker copper IHS to compensate for the gap. My temps are terrible.

    Tell him your situation and ask him to make you an IHS like he made for Whitney. He'll know what to do. IIRC, the copper IHS is about $15, and I don't think he'll charge you extra for the custom cut.

    Thank a million and I've already emailed him as instructed. Fingers crossed :D

    I've seen by now already another 3-4 articles with similar issues, delidded intel and ek monoblock, it becomes something more and more common and EK will not support this I guess, since delidded is non default.

    Others have trimmer washers to remove height:
