The thing that boggles my mind about this game engine is that they have it setup to stream in the textures but it uses nowhere near 4GB of VRAM @ 1080p max settings. So you walk around with low-res blurred textures that take forever to load in high-res but then you look at the VRAM usage and the game is only using like 2GB of VRAM. Even with the mipmap setting fix (Which does help) the game is still using barely any VRAM and isn't pre-loading enough stuff.
