Battlefield 6

Oh I think they are very sensitive, almost like they can't stand anyone who doesn't validate their spending decisions and herd mentality. But keep telling yourself that I am crying if it makes you feel better, I don't care because I don't intend to reward EA/DICE with time or money for their crappy products.
Cry more

One thing I really hate with these urban maps is campers that just wait for you to come buy and kill you, they do this the whole game never going for the objective. I also noticed it seems at times that you shoot almost a whole clip into a player and they live and easily kill you, my imagination or has others experienced this.

Yes too many campers. The urban map keeps repeating and everytime I get shot from a window or some crap. Only way is to hide behind a tank, repair it and rinse and repeat.

I will git gud in time I guess.

Having said that game is dope af.

Lots of reports of people using cheats in beta, you have got to be kidding me. Also, I can't believe people are silly enough to pre-order games in 2025 😂😂😂 I'll pick it up for $5 bargain bin or maybe not.

I miss the old BF games.
Yes — cheaters are already in Battlefield 6’s early access beta (Aug 7, 2025), using aimbots, wallhacks, and radar hacks.

EA’s Javelin anti-cheat with Secure Boot/TPM has blocked over 330,000 cheat attempts and received hundreds of thousands of player reports. Some still slip through, but DICE is actively banning offenders and updating detection in what they call an ongoing “arms race.”

So I wonder what the ratio is for cheaters that get in vs those that are caught.

Depends on the gun and the situation. ARs are so inaccurate on hipfire that you can miss half a mag if you are running and hipfiring, crouched or prone the shoot very close to the crosshair on bursts. Even aimed down the sights they are quite inaccurate with ARs at even 10m if you are moving. The inaccuracies seem to be tied to actual movement speed, not your inputs, so a quick counter strafe while aiming down the sights will give you close to standing still accuracies until it starts to build up movement speed again. SMGs are fine when hipfiring and moving, while carabines are OKish when moving and aiming down the sights.

Emptying the entire clip on an AR happens if I don't take steps to mitigate inaccuracies and recoil. Not so much on SMGs or Carabines. Still haven't fully figured out the ARs, but they are a lot better now that I better understand how they work.

Carabines and SMGs are much more "pick up and play" and don't seem to require that much understanding. ARs feel horrible at first, but become much better when you becoming better at handling them.

What the fuck are you going to cheat on in the fucking beta, I don't get it.
And as I said, players report nonsense because they don't believe someone is that good. If they have a high k/d, they're immediately a cheater. They immediately declared me a cheater in the chat the first game I played when I was in a tank.

Because I believe whatever progress you make in the beta is carried over to the actual release. You can do your own search if you don’t believe it, but I have no reason to doubt it is taking place.

NGL, I had a great time with the BF6 Open Beta. Now I'm looking forward to the next open beta weekend to get my next fix.

I just might buy this game on day 1 IF they can do something about the cheaters and exploits.

Tell us into which orifice you stick the doll when you play Battlefield 6, lololol.

Admit you're playing Battlefield 6 and let me know when you are so I can take your tags and tea bag your n00blet face, rofl.

hope u don't get too mad when i do tho

Yes very mad you are going to teabag me in a game I am not going to buy and won't play past the beta. Are all BF fanboys as smart as you?

Closed out all the Challenges last night. Started getting some odd bugs last night, got kicked out of the game at one point. Repaired the install though steam and had no issues after that. Did run into an odd bug where I was running medic but accidently picked up someone else's kit, then picked mine back up but then the defibs stopped working. Had a graphical bug pop up as well that would happen randomly in tanks. Speaking of tanks, the switching between zoom/unzoom view in any of the tank turrets sometimes took two or three left mouse clicks, also couldn't exit to 3rd person view without un-zooming first. Shotguns are way op but I think EA already said they know. Planes and choppers feel heavy. Lots of rats just laying in hallways and dark corners.

Overall had a good amount of fun, will be happy to see different maps, more guns/gadgets, more vehicles. Given what we know about history...I don't expect this launch to be smooth...but hopefully it will be smoother than 2042.

Like look how good Battlefront looks. From TEN years ago!

The BF6 visuals are a huge swing and a miss IMO so far.

Photogrammetry was used in Battlefront. They also used it in BF1, they may not be using it here due to more buildings and fewer wide open areas.
Yeah gameplay is huge, but so is graphics, whats the point of playing a game that looks like its the same as previous gens. Hey look if you think it's great have at it, I don't really give a shit.
Wild when most people complain about the performance hit of certain graphical settings now complaining about a multiplayer game not being pretty enough.
The spawns are seriously nuts on some modes.

Like king of the hill - push onto point, start capturing it. And you're sometimes already getting shot in the back from where YOU just spawned and came from 15 seconds prior by the people you just killed.

The game just seems to value being a clusterfuck over actually having any counterplay. And the rounds are super short so it isn't particularly conducive to big comebacks or anything interesting like your squad getting a beacon down in a clutch position and setting in motion your taking of the point.

10 minute rounds are lame.

Breakthrough on that snow map is by far the best map in the game I think.
That's the COD influence coming through.

Thankfully I didn't have the same experience, few graphic bugs but nothing game breaking. Could be a driver issue too.

Anyways, my experience was so good that I was OK if the game released already. YMMV of course.

That's never been me, I always have run high end hardware so I can have good performance and good graphics, the only exception was Crysis which I couldn't play at all at the time even with a high end system. I would rather have both rather than having to sacrifice one or the other.

I get it, you suck at the game. Anyways, keep trolling here then, lol.

I don't joke when it comes to knifing n00bz like you, especially if the knife has a bipod ;)
Wow such a massive e-peen, no wonder you need to keep playing shitty EA/DICE games to feel validated.

I don't think so, it starts from the beginning for all people, there is no beta addition, someone confirmed that to me...

That was a guess on my part, but the fact remains that some are getting in. While Javelin anti-cheat is much better, it’s not perfect. I did a search on Gemini and got a similar response. The fact of the matter is that this is an ongoing fight, and the cheaters are getting ready for the actual release, this is just a practice run.

My favorite quote:

From Googs AI:

In the Battlefield 6 open beta, progress does not carry over to the full game, but rewards earned during the beta do

Anyone know what's changing for the 2nd weekend? I know it was posted here somewhere but I nearly drowned in a pool of Blade-Runner vaginal fluid when trying to look for it.

I think I got to level 10 only to realize even if I play on gamepass it won't matter. My EA account must have been linked to some old Xbox account I no longer have access to since it won't let me link any Xbox account telling me it has already been linked and in 2025 you can still only link to one Xbox account in your lifetime.
