I don't get the difference between different batches but apparently the J-batch e5-1660 v3's overclock much better, but how can i find one of these?

Need a 2011 board to run this old cpu in, nothing special needed just going to be a guest pc for Halo Infinite. The cheaper the better. If I can't find anything reasonable I'll be in the market for a mobo/cpu combo.
