Update: No update from NVIDIA yet. Let's hope something comes out this week!
On another note, liking Haswell. Way cooler than Sandy Bridge-E :) I know not exactly Apples to Apples.
Great news guys, NVIDIA just confirmed replication of the bug in their lab. They're escalating the issue to the development team now.
Hopefully they'll have a patch soon!
Update: They're submitting this thread and my findings to their QA team to investigate and reproduce. If they can reproduce the issue they'll submit it to their dev team to fix.
Absolutely NVIDIA should have fixed this prior to the Haswell launch... they launched a new WHQL driver the day...
Thanks for letting us know you're having the same issue :)
Thanks!
Good to hear its a driver issue, now let's hope NVidia fixes it soon! Thanks Raja for giving it some visibility.
I've been experiencing some issues trying to enable 2d surround with 2-way SLI. NVidia drivers seems to refuse to allow me to do this, when it worked perfectly fine on my old setup (X79 with i7 3930k).
I have another thread here documented...
I got myself an Asus Z87-A. Board was simple to setup and the UEFI bios is top notch.
Not planning to do any overclocking, just need a basic SLI board.

Agreed, it was working so well and now it just stopped working after upgrading my motherboard and CPU.
I can't even properly uninstall the drivers along with the configuration. I've tried uninstalling via Programs and Features, but once I reboot its able to reload a previous version of the...
Yes I'm selecting span with surround. I've taken a look at the BIOS and didn't find any explicit means to disable the onboard GPU. I'll go home and take another look though. Note I've checked DeviceManager and didn't see any integrated display drivers installed.
With SLI you are able to put 2...
Hi all,
My setup is as follows:
2x Asus Geforce 670 2GB in SLI
Intel i5 4670k
Asus Z87-A SLI Enabled motherboard.
3x Dell U2412m
Drivers: 320.18, 314.22
The issue I'm facing is I can't enable 2-way SLI with 2d Surround Gaming. SLI by itself is fine, and NVidia surround also works by itself...
I used to run a P180 and when time came this September for my new build I purchased an Antec P280. I'd recommend you take a look and see if that will suite your needs.
QTF: The browser is fine, the interface is great but its sloow. Its not my internet but something about the browser or maybe just Touch is too slow to keep up. Its so unbearably slow....
"But ultimately, instead of productivity gains, dealing with compatibility issues between the Macs used by the engineers and the PCs running Windows used by the line-of-business people in the office slowed down work and resulted in communications issues, he said."

Don't think its a pissing contest. Its about keeping Apple a profitable and viable company. The fact is Apple has made an amazing comeback with Steve Jobs.
With regards to the OP's rant fair and describes your situation although i can't relate. I haven't had any problems with the USB hard...
I remember Firefox being really slow in Mac OS X. I ended up using Safair and have been much happier with it. It's not really a solution but if you can, I say give Safari a try.
I think as a long times window users, you don't get the right to say anymore which OS is easier to pick up than the other. Sure Mac OS X is marketed as being easier, and in a lot of ways I think it is but the reality is MORE people have had exposure to Windows and thus the traversal to use Mac...
Sorry but this is just your unfamiliarity with the OS Talking. Shortcuts to shares get disconnected when you system sleeps. You have to reconnect. This I'll admit is a bit of a pain in the ass. Also it handles dropped network shares very very badly, something I hate as well.
Secondly...
Yeah its quite frustrating. Actually my 2005FWP didn't have any stuck/dead pixels and my new 2407WFP looks great as well!
At least you got a SIPS panel, the real reason I swapped the other panels was because it was a SPVA and its a HUGE difference. The SIPS is much sharper. At first I didn't...
I've gotten a couple of refurbs from Dell as RMA for my 2005WFP. Being they were refurbs, dead pixel chance was HIGH. Anyways, 2 2005WFP. 3 stuck pixels each. 2 2007WFP, one 2007WFP had 3 stuck pixels and has a SPVA panel. Exchanged it for the second 2007 which has a SIPS panel and only 1 stuck...
