Yea sorry I switched to the 5820K lol so used to mine being 4790K as well. Cpus are both stock speed. 1920 x 1080 Res at 60hz monitors for both of us. I will verify his Vsync and see if that helps as I do run Vsync on myself.

The 8350 would not work due to lack of motherboard support of the 125 watt. If you have a microcenter near you could do a bundle on the 8350 and motherboard and still come out with a decent gpu.

Thanks it did work out of the case so I went into further investigation and did that test. Come to find out it was all the power button issue where is was not properly sauter on to the connections in which I fix it myself and tested and now all seems to be working proper. I will consider...
