Just got new build all finished.
Specs:
Case: NZXT Phantom
Processor i7 4790K
Motherboard: ASRock Z97
Ram: Crucial Ballistix 16gb (2x8) ddr3 1600mhz
Video: Onboard for now
Hard drives: 2 TB WD and 500GB WD. External 1GB.
PSU: Corsair 750watt
Fans: Front Corsair 140mm. Top Nzxt 220mm Thermaltake 220mm. Back Nzxt 140mm along with Cooler master radiator mounted and Cooler master 140mm mounted to front, push pull setup. Side fans 2 nzxt 140mm.

My question is I am using Real Temp and where it says Thermal Status 3/4 show Log but the last one says Ok. What can I do to fix this?
 
Not really sure what your issue is? Thermal Status 3/4 means nothing, if it says OK I imagine its OK?...
