Office, web usage. Casual gaming nothing hardcore
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
700-900 with taxes and shipping

I probably chose more GPU power than you need for those games; if the budget is that big of a concern for you, "settle" for the cheaper R9 270.
