Currently looking to buy a video card as finished this new build up. However I am lost on which one to get as both have some really good reviews. The only issue and correct me if I am wrong but I am seeing that the psu needs to have a single rail of 42 amps. I am running a Corsair TX750 psu. Just curious if will be able to get a new gtx 780 and be able to use it with that power supply. I would be real interested to hear some opinions and corrections on which card I might be able to go with.

Thanks.

FYI: specs are in signature if need any more info let me know.

Thanks, I just wanted to make sure my psu could do it is all also wit hthe 780 cards.

More or less was reading and correct me if wrong but said needed a single 42 rail amp or something like that

Hard|OCP's review of the MSI Lightning 780 states the following for power consumption:

IDLE
103W

LOAD
407W

LOAD - OC
458W

This is for the entire system:
i7-3770K oc @ 4.8 GHz
Asus Z77 MVE
8GB RAM
WD Black 7200rpm HDD

42A @ 12V = 504W

Your Corsair TX750 = 62A @ 12V = 744W
...you're good. :)

Thanks DejaWiz, really helpful on that part. So now just to order and wait lol
