is there a city builder game that doesn't require you to fight off invaders, or wage war? I just want a simple city... I have tried pocket city but it is too simple :)
So I have played wow since early BC and I only raided in wrath and Cata... I no longer raid because I personally find the idea of repeating the same content over and over tedious and more like a Job. Now when I play I get my main to max level, decently geared, transmogged, then I level my alts...
Wow, guess I am just a huge loser. I "game" on a 32" curved 1080p 60hz and enjoy it. I play Wow, Overwatch, CoD, and several other titles, but according to this group, unless you use a 4k monitor you are just a huge piece of sh*t.
Why the animosity and contempt for people who cannot afford...
Wrath was my personal Favorite expansion, honestly and I know I will get crap for this, so was Warlords, My level 3 Garrison is perma decked out in Halloween decorations. My least Favorite was Legion....
The changes over the years have had different impacts for different people, I personally...
What is the first PC you ever built all by yourself?
I built an AMD rig around 2000?, I honestly don't recall the specs, and that newegg account is long gone, but I fondly remember being terrified I had a dead motherboard as the clear cmos jumper was set at clear out of the box and until I read...
At 50 years old I built a new PC yesterday, and I am not sure it was a good investment. I play OW and WoW, but Cyberpunk 2077 looked interesting. The first game I have had interest in for quite a few years, thus the new PC was born.
I just realized that I don't really like gaming. I remember...
I have recently built a new PC and was thinking of selling my old one. Just curious what I should ask for, all opinions welcome.
i5-2500k
MSI motherboard
16 GB Ram
500 GB SSD
1 TB HDD
MSI GTX 1060 6GB
500 watt PSU
Cooler Master Half case.
I realize the mobo and CPU are dated, that is why I am...
I will be playing. Played since early BC and have always played each expansion, WOTLK is my personal favorite and the only time I seriously raided. Legion for me was the worst, I did not like artifact weapons and the grind for power. Legion was the only expansion where I didn't get every class...
I picked up a GTX 1660 and when I installed it I couldn't post, after searching I found that I would need at minimum a bios update: couldn't get it done and returned the card. Then after realized I was using the wrong tool and now my bios is updated, but I would have to buy another card and I...
I have already read the requirements, and According to that, my current CPU already meets the recommended settings, but I have been told via this forum that my system is not worth upgrading. I simply cannot afford a $1000 system.
so I have this LG 34" ultra wide 2560 x 1080, does the width have an impact on FPS in games? Would moving to a 27" give a boost? pardon my lack of [H]ardness
Honestly I play WoW and Overwatch, I just started playing COD, I don't have any real issues except with COD I turned settings down, but it is still playable.
I appreciate everyone's advice, I am going to continue saving, maybe deliver pizzas on the weekends and then I will just build a new system.
Won't I need a new MOBO and Ram?
Won't I still need a newer Video Card?
I appreciate the advice, maybe I should just try to piece a new system, but I live paycheck to paycheck and it has taken me 6 months to save up $225
I currently have a:
i5 2500k 3.3
16 GB Ram
and a GTX 960 2GB I think,
I recently upgraded to an SSD, I would like to get a newer video card, but not really sure what to get because of potential bottleneck..
Upgrading the processor isn't really an option for me financially
any advice would be...
My always messy setup, recently added in the corner piece and gave myself more desktop area, I don't have a recent picture of the TV mounted above the monitors, I finally built a proper mount and it is level and the spacing is improved. Also included a shot of my MAME cabinet, a work in progress!
My LG G3 was having serious battery life issues, thanks to the links provided earlier in this thread I was able to go back to the stock rom my phone shipped with. My battery after update would last maybe 7 hours, did all the standard trouble shooting no joy, but since I rolled back, everything...
So I am able to get a new phone with a new line of service. Unfortunately my budget is very low, I have $50 plus taxes and activation fee, so that limits me on what phones to choose from, looking I see 5c's, LG G2's, MotoX's, and 4's... of those what would be the best overall phone, I don't do...
I have had 3 different windows phones running WP8, I found the lack of apps to be my reason for returning to android. I love the WP8 interface, heck, I just love how the phones work, look and feel. The OS is smooth. But again the lack of apps, and apps that you do get seem to be a shell of...
I like WP, I have a Nokia WP and I love it. I dislike androids, because for me they are glitchy and unstable. I feel as though I have to reset my device every month just to keep it working smooth. I have yet to do that with my WP, and I have had it for about a year. The only app I cannot get...
