I have a very serviceable dell 3007 which I wish to use with a Dell box that uses half heights. The 200 series ATI card cannot do 1600p on its DVI-D port. I am looking for a reasonably priced recent card that would do the job.
Thanks in Advance
My good friend is redoing the systems in his optometry practices with some DiY systems, and needs Win7 64-bit keys.
a pair of Office 2010 keys may come in handy as well.
I will be back to check in tomorrow.
Thank you,
D
I recently purchased an 800GB intel 3500 with low hours off of ebay. CrystalDiskMark was topping out at 410MB/s on reads and 460MB/s on writes. As a control a Samsung 840pro ran at 550MB/s and 510MB/s respectively on the same circuit.
Perhaps it was a problem with this particular drive, so...
This is a touch frustrating. While the Note 3 recognizes the Parrot via WIFI, it bounces the connection because of the lack of internet. Is there a way without rooting to have the phone ignore the no internet from the Parrot drone?
Note 3, Verizon
Parrot 2.0 (version 2.2)

I am planning on the purchase of a Galaxy Note 3, upgrading from an iPhone 4 (VZW). We are mainly a DiY Windows computer family with Apple tablets and phones, but I am finding the need for a larger phone screen. The thing is, I am used to working with the anathema, iTunes, and have not played...
I am presently using Nero Recode and a 680GTX for transcoding. Just wondering if the Titan would make all that more of a difference, or would a second 680 on the cheapish.
I am looking into aa mSATA drive as a boot for my 17r. It would seem the crucial m4 and the Plextor m5m are the standards here (mushkin atlas as well). I know what to expect from crucial (reliable, though a little slower on the writes), how does it compare to the Plextor?
Should I be...

I spotted these while looking for a second 1440p monitor. Has anyone verified that overclockables are still available out of Korea without a...
I cannot justify spending 200 for such a drive, except I did need another big drive, and this was available at what is today, a fairly reasonable price.
A simple thin guitar plectrum gently and without a mark, popped open the case. It will be testing it tomorrow on a SATA3 port.
It is indeed...
Having a megahelem (push pull fans) running warm with an o/c'ed 2600 (60c with 1.5v, 52c with 1.4v under full load according to the Asrock temp gauge), I purchased an H100, and the numbers are about the same (I will be testing push pull this evening). I noticed that the megahelem did not get...
I have a pair of 4870 cards which seem to have suffered strange fates a few weeks apart. The first one began to artifact. Even without a load, it began to run hot. Cleaning the HSF and an application of fresh conductive paste only helped slightly.
the other card was working fine until a...
I finally caved and picked up a 2600k CPU. I have the DDR3, but need a board. Without the need for a half dozen slots ( a single 16x ,an available 1x and PCI would more than suffice). a budget model would probably do the trick. The question is, would the under 130 dollar Gigabyte or AsRock...
I am looking into a build in the very near future. Assuredly, the hex core will be pricier, however if it gives a noticeable boost, it will be worth it since I will be living with this box for a couple of years.
Hoping for a 5GHz on the 2600K vs. maybe 4GHz on the 970, which would be the...
Here is one place.

I purchased one (NewEgg sale). Cracked it open (after making certain is was not DOA), inside the case is a 64MB cache, 6.0Gb/sec SATA,7200rpm Hitachi drive.
[Trying to repair link...... for some reason, it will not save as the...

I sold my 13" macbook because it was a bit too small for for my eyes liking. With what I thought was decent research, I selected the 15" with the 2.4GHz i5. The machine works quite well, however I am getting a bit of buyer's remorse after learning the advantages of the i7 with regard...
So I got happy fingers and ordered a 15" macbook without selling this one first. I picked this one up on EBay about a month ago.
MacBook pro 13" originally purchased Dec 2009, with only 29 battery cycles.
2.53GHz
250GB hard drive
4GB RAM
9400 GeForce.
It comes with licensed software...

Generic, but works quite well. 150 shipped. I will include DVI-vga adapters with resistors, for folding purposes. I used them about 3 months, but clocked down to curtail heat. They need better space than I can offer.

I am selling my main farm box I was using in the fall.
ASUS L1N64 WS/B motherboard
two (2) opteron 8346 with arctic 7 pro coolers
8GB registered DDR2.
two (2) nvidia 9800 gx2
Although not an overclocking system, the 8 cores rip through any multithreading tasks (like video conversion).
As for...
I am attempting to clone/move a sata HD to a SSD..... which was unfortunately mounted and formatted under IDE. This is in Win7 and a P45 motherboard.
How stuck am I if I need to mount/format the SSD as AHCI?
Thanks in advance.
I will probably be purchasing a new high end psu this afternoon. I would like for it to be the end all for my present and future multi-GPU, 10 HD main system. The additional power, lifetime warranty have me leaning toward the BFG..... but the quality and single rail stability of the 910 does...
This is my first crossfire, so a little help would be appreciated.
I had a 4870 for the longest time and had the good fortune of grabbing another at a great price (thank you, Rydawg).
Both cards are installed and a single crossfire strap was placed (I cannot locate the other at this...
With Klipsch in absent from the computer speaker 5.1 market, I was wondering what were the present favorites. Should I flea-bay the Klipsch (a risk considering the flakiness of the subs and amps)? I am not interested in a receiver for the system ATM.

david
750i/780i or the 38/48 series motherboards. I have the q6600 and 8gb of speedy DDR2 ram, but seeking a new motherboard. I heard the nvidia option has had video issues.
My previous Shuttle build was a rather poor overclocker (approximately 5% on a P4 2.8GHz, which had no problem hitting 3.6 with a stock HSF on an ABit board). I have read of better o/c's with the newer generation. Would I be better off with a Q6600 and its 1066 FSB or the Q9450 and its 1333...

Simple enough, I wanted to upgrade a 2500+XP, x800AIW AGP, 2GB of GEIL DDR RAM setup. The ASRock board was selected for its ability to utilize some of my old hardware (thank you to [H] forrms for the research). The 10x multiplier of the e4400 would offer the best possible results being this...
I am looking to inexpensively upgrade a 2500XP system to a Core duo. I have 2 GB of DDR and a AGP card. Which would be better, an intel 865 or a VIA 800/880 board to mate with a Core2 6400 CPU?
Thanks.
