So my Moto x pure has 2 camera apps. The native moto x camera app, and one i downloaded from the play store: google camera.
In the MXP app you can point your photos to the SD card.
In the Google camera app you cant...

I get 4 hours of SOT using verizon LTE very consistently.
I can get 5 hours of SOT if I watch youtube or play games instead of web browsing on chrome. With wifi i can manage 4.5hrs pretty consistently with my normal usage.
The value is incredible relative to the $600 flagships.
