    That would explain a lot. How would I do that? What would I use and where would I run it to? Nothing in this room is grounded to my knowledge and the only grounded outlet in the house is in the living room. This house is old.

    Ok, so here is a good question. Before I install my display drivers, (for my ATi Radeon HD4850) I can get very big resolutions. Like up to 1280x1024. But when I install my drivers, I am limited to 800x600 to 1024x768. Also, I have been using the right drivers. Why is this?

    How do I know if I can watch HD movies on my monitor?

    So yeah, essentially I am very confused. I never peak at monitors too much, but I know I need a new one. My question is though, how do I know if my monitor can support HD content? I never really see it advertised (seeing as I don't peak at them too often). Will it just say it?

    P35 chipset problem. Installed software, mouse & keyboard stop working.

    So yeah, after I install the P35 intel chipset software and reboot, my keyboard and mouse just stop working. They work on boot up, but when I go into windows, it just stops... anyone else had this problem? Did I even have to install that software? Also specs are in sig, + an ATi 4850...

    Well it is definitely dead now. I thought that maybe the 6pin adapters on my PSU were broken, so I used the adapter where you hook up 2 3pin adapter. I made sure all connections were firm, then I turned her on. Smoke came out of the fan, confirmed dead, so now I can return it for defective...
