P35 chipset problem. Installed software, mouse & keyboard stop working.

So yeah, after I install the P35 intel chipset software and reboot, my keyboard and mouse just stop working. They work on boot up, but when I go into windows, it just stops...

anyone else had this problem? Did I even have to install that software?

Also specs are in sig, + an ATi 4850

Also both are USB
 
Go into the BIOS and change USB mouse and keyboard support from OS (default), to BIOS.
