Looks like there are only 100 people who play at "High" Resolution.
The rest play at "American Idol in HD" resolution,

Since I can't pick multiple resolutions in the poll, I'll list them here. I play at whatever resolutions that give me 60+ fps in all my games. These resolutions are generally:
2560 x 1440
1920 x 1080
1680 x 1050
In some games, I'll switch resolutions in-game, so that I can run it consistently at 60+ fps.
Does the blurriness from running games at lower than native res on your monitor bug you?Since I can't pick multiple resolutions in the poll, I'll list them here. I play at whatever resolutions that give me 60+ fps in all my games. These resolutions are generally:

No 1280x1024! Whaaaat... Ha, your monitor costs more than everything in my entire office room area. Maybe even more than my house (ha, jk)

Can't you just use the Steam hardware survey?Any chance this could get front-paged? I'd like to see if these current results hold true when it's opened up to people who may not be traditional "Video Card" forum browsers.
1920 has been in the lead almost the whole time...
I think you mean 1200![]()
As addressed in my first post:Can't you just use the Steam hardware survey?
Meh.
I've seen a lot of discussion about what resolution people most commonly use to game at, and a lot of people quote the Steam Hardware Survey. I think the [H] community probably isn't best represented by the Steam survey, so I'm curious to see what is most common here, as well as the % of people playing on multi-monitor setups.
1920x1080 is 16:9. 1920x1200 is 16:10. Just a heads upI recently bought my 27" Asus monitor. I wanted 16:9 but they are getting harder and harder to find. Seems like everything is going 1080.
Comparing a $189 LCD to a Ultrasharp Dell is a bit of a mismatchJust got a 25" 1920x1080 widescreen LCD on Black Friday. Coming from a 20" 1600x1200 Dell Ultrasharp it's a huge step backwards in desktop graphics quality. Gaming is another story. Overall it delivers a superior gaming experience and I won't be going back to 4:3.
I would not have expected the eyefinity/surround setups to be more common than the 30" setups.
