What are you playing now thread?

PC:

Just Cause 2 (single player, of course)

Street Fighter 4 (online)

Battlefield Bad Company 2 (online)

Need For Speed Shift (single player)

Warhammer Online (I think you can figure that one out since it's an MMO, just started it again and will stay until SWTOR comes probably ;))


Soon I'll be starting up Oblivion again with heavy amounts of mods, Dragon Age Origins (this will be the first play-through for me), and some GTA 4 (which I never played much of). I may reinstall Burnout Paradise and romp around some also. I have a second GTX 470 coming in for SLI, so these may be in surround-monitor setup soon too :D.

Batman: Arkham Asylum. Picked it up in the Eidos Pack during the Steam sale. Loving every minute of it.

Definitely one of the best games I've played in quite some time. Simply awesome.
 
How do you guys play so much at the same time? I rarely play 2 at a time. I just get too focused on one until I'm done with it, then I move on to focus on another.

Right now it's The Witcher for me.

LOL, that's what I do. Except I also rotate in Morrowind and its latest mods into my "going back" times. If I only had a few games for life, I'd rotate the Bethseda games and keep downloading mods.

I typically play one or two games at a time. I never have a list of five games I'm playing at a given time.
 
Playing Red Dead Redemption (very slowly). It's a lot of fun, but I've had a hard to time getting back into it. I just haven't had a lot of time for games lately.

Finding it hard to stick to gaming recently. Desperately buying up games new and old to see if I can find some satisfaction. In the last couple of months I've purchased:

King Arthur: RPG Wargame
Overlord 1 & 2 pack
Dawn of Discovery (Anno 1404)
Pirates of the Caribbean (2003)
Torchlight
Spellforce 2
Kingdom Under Fire
...and probably a few more I can't think of.

Otherwise it's a 1 game show here too.

Currently playing Mass Effect 2 (Xbox360) and have a consistent 36 hours on that. When I need a break, I switch to a lighter game such as World of Goo or Mount & Blade: Warband.

I guess I'm out of touch with some of the smaller releases or something. I've heard of Torchlight and that's it out of your list.
 
I guess I am different from the masses. I try to focus on one game at a time.

I am playing through Supreme Commander 2. I should be done with it by the time the HD pack for Half-Life 2 finishes downloading on my piss poor internet connection. Then I look forward to playing through HL 2 again on my Eyefinity.

I guess you could count Blur and CoD:MW2 on PS3. Each Sunday and Wednesday there is a group of us that do some LAN gaming on PS3.

There aren't many games I'm ever on the look out for. Some of them just sort of hit. Metro 2033, Transformers War of Cybertron, etc. In fact the latter I only knew about because of the commercials for it. I guess I don't spend nearly enough time in the gaming section. But to be fair, I have lots of hobbies that divide my time.

Don't worry too much, just note Mount & Blade Warband. An important smaller release. :D

I blame the Steam Sale. So many games I wanted to play were dirt cheap so I grabbed them and couldn't decide which to play and beat first so I tried about 5 and just keep jumping back and forth depending on my mood. It also helps that I am off work with nothing to do for another week. I typically only play one game at a time plus some L4D2 action every other day or so though. I also need to finish the Witcher. I already owned the Enhanced Edition but hadn't installed it on my new gaming PC so I ended up re-buying it on Steam for $6 for an easier install. Normally I wouldn't do that but the game is so great I didn't feel bad about giving the developers a few more dollars.
 
I "play" multiple games at once. If I get an awesome game I might just play through it. Otherwise if I find games get frustrating, annoying or boring i'll switch to something else and then go back when I am in the mood. What falls in this latter category?

Sometimes I'll play one or two games but normally I tend to favor one nearly exclusively until I finish it or get bored with it. I may or may not revisit the game at a later date. Usually I do, but its always months or years before I do.

The most recent games I've played:

Battlefield Bad Company 2
Street Fighter IV
Transformers War for Cybertron

That's about it. I haven't touched BFBC2 in at least two months. I've been spending more time working on my car than playing games. Street Fighter IV I was playing about a week or so ago but I haven't touched it since I got Transformers War for Cybertron which is what I've been playing quite a bit lately. Street Fighter is something I picked back up after not playing it for months.

Dirt 2 online I suck at it but I have a blast crashing into people ;P

Shouldn't take you but 10 or so hours to do the regular quest. I think there is an endless dungeon or something that you could spend vast amounts of time on though.
 
Right now I'm working through Dragon Age: Origins, Supreme Commander 2, and rocking the old school Call of Duty I picked up on Steam sale.
 
cod mw2 got me off dods for a bit but i always go back to dods

but i have been playing through doom 3 again, and i'm almost at the end of cod waw

still waiting hl2 ep3.....
 
baldurs gate 1 and 2, only games that I have ever come back to multiple times
