// edit: crappy first picture, my camera doesn't seem liking taking pictures without flash

its actualy to cool down the vidcard more (there is also a intake in the standard position), it lowers the vid-card full load temps with about 3/4 degrees :)

Bassist-X wooooah! thx for them extra pictures mate that looks like a very nice setup you have, also probably one of the best TT cases i have seen in along time.

This is my TT case with some red along with the blue in the front. Sorry about the Pix i had to take them with my phone and if anyone wants to trade or sell a digital camera PM me :D

i just bought a computer light with 3 leds on it hooked it to the power and routed it through the little hole in the case and it fits in there perfect.

If you want to do another cool lighting mod, a cold cathode light tube fits in the slit in the front (where the blue leds are) perfectly. I like the red coming through the grill. I want to do that, but in blue.

yeah i would have done blue but i just got a extra light with my xbox mod so i threw it in. Ill try the cold cathode light too.

yeah, do that. the easiest way is to unscrew the front, take out the LEDs, and rout the CCFL cable through the hole where the LED cable ran. It's a tight fit, but it is possible. the CCFL didnt need securing in mine, the cable was just long enough that it went right in the middle no problem, but if its uneven a bit of tape will do it.

Good luck!

I got my computer back.
Thermaltake Shark- Black

I want to post pics.. but wires are everywhere...

check out my new coolermaster uv 120mm silent fans, the other ones in front so you cant see it...duhh , but i'm 90% finished...waiting for the blu orb 2 to release and my artic cooler for my video card i ordered today...

Hey guys this may be the wrong area, but im kinda stuck and hoping for some help. I need to transport my Armor to a LAN this coming weekend but I am not sure which carrying system would fit this beast. I have a GearGrip Pro that does not fit, and I am looking at the Sunbeam one, but not sure it is going to fit either. Any suggestions on how to transport this behemoth? Thanks!

Yeah, they can can't they. I just need to get me some PSU extenders and some longer IDE cables, my mobo layout blows.

heh I want a case that has like 3 inches of space behind the back panel and a spot to put extra power cables that are unecessary, then I'd be happy :)

How on earth did you manage to get your SATA cables that close anyway if you look at my post I have the same mobo and case with two SATA drives and they are nowhere near the chipset cooler apparatus. In any case I've had the Corsair XMS RAM 2-2-2-5 2x512 sticks and the OCZ 2x1GB 2-3-2-5 and this motherboard doesn't recognize their timings properly at all, in fact it hates CAS latency 2 and defaults it to 2.5 on both sets of sticks. When you say your RAM was incompatible did it just fail to work at all or was it a similar problem? Peace.

The ram just made the computer boot and function as an OS like doing Aol/Internet crap, if I tried any strenous stuff like games the comp would shut off. Even with different ram (Corsair XMS PC3200 512x2) the comp would overheat and shut down. I even had the side panel open and added another 120MM fan to it, making a total of 5 120MM fans.

And the SATA cable was tucked back behind the case until i guess it boinged back in there and rested on the heat pipe, the plastic melted and the cable failed to function bc the main interior of the sata cable was exposed/dmg'd. ASUS said nothing should be near it during operation..and would not replace any dmg's caused by it.

tsunamis aren't bad. Built my first complete rig with one (before i just switched parts for years out of the same old biege case) and it runs pretty stable and low for a pentium 4 (50c)+ or -. But when i get the funds i want to experiement with some bigger cases, probably server towers, because the room is pretty limited in the tsunami, especially when it comes to the wiring. But overall its a nice little case, im just looking forward to working with different styles of cases, maybe a p180 or one of the armor or cm stackers, or i could even give a wack at designing my own if i bothered to take a metalworking class, might experiment with some plexi and other materials. Anyone know if it would reduce vibration sound if you paded all the mounts for drives, psu, mobo, etc with rubber?

Hi, I'm just wondering, how easy is it to disable the LED's on the front of the Tsunami? Cheers

OK cheers! Because I'm looking at building a rig with this case, and although the stock pics show the nice glow on the front, all 'real' pics show the LED's just giving out unattractive beams of light. That's all I wanted to know, thanks. :)
