With other talents you can get 400. The damage is absurd at that point, but you really can't hit fucking shit.

I do not play Mechromancer. What are those Anarchy stacks? Do thos emake you teleport to the fast travel station? :)

No, with every empty magazine reload or enemy killed, you gain a stack. Each stack adds 1.75% damage but you lose 1.75% accuracy. Die, leave the game, or prematurely reload and you lose all your stacks.

So you gear and build around that so accuracy doesn't matter. There are E-Tech pistols that fire homing rounds. Also, 5 ranks in Close Enough makes half of your bullets ricochet toward an enemy at 50% damage.

With 400 stacks of Anarchy, that's 700% damage for normal hits, or 350% damage for ricochet hits. So if only your ricochet attacks hit, that's still 175% of normal gun damage.

Also, you don't lose your stacks with Tediore grenade throw reloads. So pop off one shot, then reload to throw the gun for HUGE damage.

Me and my buddy were playing last night in PT2 with him as a Mechromancer, and Steam kept dropping connection with me hosting, so he kept getting booted and losing his anarchy stacks. So annoying. :(

yep people just see the huge accuracy penalty and totally dismiss the anarchy tree/class.

with a bunch of stacks of anarchy and no accuracy, i can go into camps with the conference call and 5 ranks in close enough, i only have to aim in the general direction of a group of enemies and they all die.

The vast majority of people don't have a CC, though...

new patch fucked up the texture pop in again. It is back in full force for me. how do you fix it again?

Anybody else misuse the quit/save feature to get fast to the nearest fast travel station? :) I do it all the time because I'm to lazy to run through the whole map to get there after some mission is completed.

I do this ALL the time. I did the same thing in BL1 to get around faster.

found a maggie revolver today, it absolutely rules with bee shield. also beat master gee. as cheaply as possible unfortunately. No seraph crystals or nothing worthwhile so that was disappointing.

Playing back through as a Gunzerker, and finally got my first truly AWESOME gun that I have had (finished 1st time through as Assassin). The Critikal Hit Splasher Blashter, lvl 12. WOW.

HAHA! Yeah drops suck in general! I did over 100 runs on the warrior and that cocksucker has yet to drop an orange item for me.

I got an orange on the first PT. :p

It was under the rock and the orange shine was just a tip above it, i spotted it fast and was able to snag it. :) It was a Flakk shotty, said "Flakk the world!" it was... just okay...

I've done so many runs at warrior and other baddies I have built up quite the arsenal of orange weapons.

My favorite is the fucking Tediore Shotgun that when you reload it homes in on an enemy while shooting them the whole way, its fucking
lol.gif

Same here. It's a decent weapon for extremely close range but that's about it.

With the Bee, though, it's pretty crazy since each fragment does the amp damage.

At Level 42

Farmed the map on Scarlet DLC where you search for spare parts of damaged copas part. There are 2 good chest available right at the beginnig of the level. You can just run around robots and farm them say within 40 seconds from fast travel station. Farmed those for 3 hours , found some decent and even slightly overpowered rocket launcher can do about 210k damage withing 3 shots in 2 seconds. Kills any mobs or group of mobs instantly.

Also found only 1 purple slag pistol. It is decent though within 3 hours farming I expected to have more purples.

also noticed that chest were giving better loot if I was fighting enemies and having a second wing before opening the chest. If I just run into the chest avoiding any fight and open it the lot was so so.

I'm wondering is it really so that if you fight to access the chest you get better loot.

I'm sucking at this game. I'm probably on normal difficulty but I keep dying in the boss fights; I'm just barely doing damage. I'm level 11 Gunzerker and I have 6 skill points and maybe my problem is that I've spread them out across the top and need to reallocate them to other areas. I'm doing all of the side missions. Also, I'm not sure where the awesome guns are but all I've found so far seem rather mediocre; I guess I'm too early in to get nice guns?

I'm in the process of looking for Roland but doing side quests.

You need to bee line through the skill trees because all the good stuff is toward the end and there are not enough skill points available to spread them out and also go deep.

Also, gunzerker is one of the best boss killers. Slag makes your nonslag guns do way more damage. So the dual gun skill is the boss killer with your best gun plus your best slag gun. Less down time switching weapons means killing quicker means less you dead

I just killed the warrior last night for the first time. It was pretty easy to be honest, The first time that lillith starting going crazy and telling me to get to high ground that the lava was coming, I ran up teh steps towards the archway where the warrior first appears. Then he seemed to get distracted by all the Raak's and started attacking them. All I had to do was keep shooting him, avoiding the aoe attacks and kill the crystalisk monsters as the spawned.

But, that's what I have found so far, I have had no problems at all killing the bosses. The things that I have the most trouble with are badass physcos, labrats and the flying varkids. Oh yeah those exploding robots have killed me more times than anything else!! And generally when they kill me there is nothing close by so the second wind is useless.

if the game is too hard you need to do more side missions. and you may want to consider doing some pirate dlc missions, the weapons are far superior to what is in the regular game.

Thanks guys. Guess I'll pony up the $300+ and re-org my skill stuff and find a gun with the slag effect. That damn guy in Sanctuary showed me the various elemental effects but won't (yet?) sell me those guns!

its not that hes not going to sell you them.. its that they arn't available in the vending machine. For the most part, i never see a gun in the vending machine thats worth buying. but in BL1, they were there all the time, most of the time a higher level then you. The Guns Vending machines are pretty much useless IMO.

You can sometimes find legendaries in vending machines, so it's not always crap...but in general, yeah.

Got a rocket launcher from the slot machine; problem solved. Suddenly machines and the gun guy want to sell me another rocket launcher that does twice the damage of the one I won. Assholes.

frankly I have not seen it. regular mobs, chests and vending machines all have cheap crap. badasses may drop some colored weapons. bosses will mostly drop crap except for their unique legendaries. super bosses - again crap + a couple of purples, etc. Terra is guaranteed to drop one of his oranges, otherwise I have not see any from him or warrior.

TBH, I think vending machines in general are pretty useless compared to the first game. I remember in the first game the machines were a great way to get health regen shields, but now that it's a skill, the Zed machines seem pretty useless too, at least on my playthrough.

I bought an extremely overpowered rocket launcher from vending machine at level 40. Now I' level 45 and launcher is still OP. It stats says 75k damage but when I shot with it at level 45 I see 102k damage numbers when hitting mobs. It fires pretty fast as well and have 3 rounds before reloading.

So, those vending machines are not that useless after all. I check them always for a new stuff.

also the final Leviatha in Scarlet DLC was very easy with that rocket launcher.

Farmed DLC Leviathan yesterday like 5 times. There is a glich that allows to do that. Got some nice guns from the treasure room. Nice in visual point of view like but not so from stats :)

people need to farm the warrior with their friends. drop rates are increased a shit ton over normal (the first time i joined my friend he had been farming the warrior for five hours with no gold drops, and we got 4 in 2 hours).

between me and him we have 4 or 5 conference calls

Found an lazy way of leveling my character. Just join any ongoing online games with people at slightly higher level then yours. Then you can leave your character in the game and do some other stuff whatever you want. You will be receiving money, XP and even guns for finished quests doing nothing :)

I leveled my character from 44 to 45 this way. Though this way leveling is extremelly slow. But who cares if you could just do other stuff meanwhile :)

Whats the point of leveling up if you're not actually really playing the game? Doesn't seem any fun.

There is a point. I did main story , all side quests , DLC and ended up at level 45. I want to beat teramorphous but I need to be level 50. And I do not want to do PT2 because for me it is the same old game I already played.

Well, that makes sense then :p

Normally I would agree with this but since I didn't do many of the side quests PT2 is MUCH more challenging and rewarding IMHO. I would recommend playing just the story and no DLC in PT1 and then taking your sweet time with side quests and DLC on PT2. The enemies and weapons are just that much more enjoyable. The AI is more aggressive and you never feel OP unless you are many levels above.

The rocket launcher I won from the slot machine does over 600 damage (I'm level 11, early in the game). The one they're now selling in the vending machine does just over 1400 damage which is currently a nice amount of damage for me. That's really the only really good stuff I've seen in the vending machines so far.

Does that annoying robot dies early in the game ?

Can't stand it. Really can't stand it.
I was also wondering when I get to kill the robot. :\ I wish the game would at least let me punch it.
