Well who makes your FX4400 would be a good place to start?

And as far as the Zalman / A-C thing goes I don't see that it ever is going to take on a big enough status to warrant a pro review, so as the old adage goes: Buy and Try. :D

http://snt-systems.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=31&products_id=152

Looking at the above pic., and compares that to the Fx4400

http://www.servodata.com.pl/pny/quadro/quadrofx_4400.htm

It seems the foot print is the same, so what works for the 6800 Ultra should works for the FX4400. So a better Question is, who in this forum try the above product and how well does it work?

PNY is the only co. that makes FX4400.

what is the difference btwn. Aqua Cuplex Evo 1.1, Cuplex REvison 1.3, and Cuplex Pro? As well, w/ the Cuplex Rev. 1.3, is the sterling silver ver. any better than the copper? I know the conductivity is higher on the silver, but this is a cooler, so what's the point?

I have read the desc. of the above from SNT web site, and Aqua web site doesn't seems to be updated at all. In the end, it's not very clear, it seems cuplex pro is the best, but the Evo looks pretty cool w/ that big round cylinder. So what's the verdict?

Leadtek also makes a card based on the FX 4400 GPU as well. However, so long as either card follows the 6800 based NVIDIA reference design the cooler should fit. Just so you know, it will be a long time before SNT gets any AquagraFX 6800 rev 2 coolers. Another option is to use a TwinPlex to cool your GPU's and just use ram sinks. Cheaper, less hassles, and you have an upgrade path whereas with the AquagraFX coolers once you decide to get another card you will probably have to buy another cooler.

R1ckCa1n used to have one of those coolers so PM him.

I already read that. Sharks and that SNT and the A-C web sites uses slightly different name as well as the pic. The ones shown on Sharks doesn't look the same as A-C shown.

The ones at SNT however, looks the same as A-C web site.

That would be because Sharka typically does their own photo shoots and SNT just copied the stuff from the Aqua Computer website. IOW, you will see pic's on the Sharka site that you will never see anywhere else. Specially since they watermark their photo's.

Ohhh  I see what you mean! I put the link up for the Cuplex XT which is the latest CPU cooler that A-C makes. It is not the Cuplex Pro!

So I gather the Tubesensor you have is not a production item correct? Is it a pre-production beta or engineering sample? Have you checked to make sure it works properly with the Aquaero in the water? As I recall you saying BETA=BAD. ;)

The shipment should of arrived !!!! I just talked to wes on the phone and he said it was about 2 hours away, in transit at like 10:30 pst.. :D

Oh that's cool! But I think I will avoid that place till around 1630 PST as it is a Monday AND the A-C shipment arriving should make for total pandemonium till after the UPS truck leaves

How much for the water sensor? You know I am good for it!

The water level sensors are all from AC and the aquacomputer name is embedded on the level itself. Of course it works, chris at AC would not send me this stuff half way around the world for nothing ( tested myself LOL ). But i know your good for it man :)

Edit: Did i say it works

He isn't kidding either, but someone got ahead of the line to you R1ck via the telephone and cleaned it out tonight. ;) The guy was trying to be as crazy as me and dropped a $&*!load of $$ at the sharka feeding frenzy today. I had to fight to get my stuff out of there before the crowds mobbed the place  Looks like the feeding frenzy will continue for at least another day or two till R1ck is satiated.

Now the only sane one was ShoNuff who had enough sense to just have his "special package" shipped via UPS today. If he would have come while I was there I could have talked him into cleaning out his bank account and max his credit cards...like I said the smart one!

Does anyone know if these are 24 pin power supplies:

This guy said his didn't have enough juice for SLI but I am not sure which model he tried, maybe he tried the weaker one: http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=78674&page=4&pp=20

Don't know, but if I were you I would pass on a H20 cooled PSU. I just doesn't make sense for these type of supplies as they don't cool all th coils and capacitors and everthing else that needs to have some air moving through it.

Hahaha! Well I just got a little A-C present from IT-Trade in the recent Sharka shipment. And while it may not be a big deal to some it is to me. It is a special edition _________ that is made entirely of stainless steel and there are only one (1) each of these ever made in the world. And I have the two different sizes made. :D I will post some pics in a few days when I have found a suitable place to do a photo shoot.

AquagraFX 6800 rev 2 coolers were put up tonight for sale at Sharka. Unfortunately the first shipment was totally sold out. :( However, there is now the opportunity to pre-order these cards for the next shipment coming in a few weeks so you can ensure that you will get them on the next go around. I know that there are at least 6-10 of these cards that are being held at IT-Trade as we speak for shipment on the next Sharka order. So you can be assured that you won't have to wait more than a couple of weeks at most from what Wes told me.

The AquagratiX 800/850 coolers were also released for sale as well. From just looking at the site it appears that there are some of these that can still be shipped. So if you want them I suggest you jump on them now! Once these are sold Wes intends to allow pre-orders for the next shipment that will come in with the 6800 coolers mentioned above. I think there at least 4-6 of these also being held at IT-Trade pending the next shipment.

If demand warrants it I suppose they will make a special shipment to bring in more of these coolers along with some other special order stuff that is expected to ship sooner than the next stock shipment. :p

There are also plenty of AquaDrive Micro's and Cuplex XT's! The Twinplex's were being put on the shelves when I left there this evening. I would expect to see those up on the Sharka site by no later than tomorrow.

I have two Twinplex's I got sitting next to me that are going on my Asus EN6600 GT's and they look sweet! Actually they look like the Asus factory installed them as they match the ramsinks so well. I also got another Aquatube - Black, a black aluminum faceplate for my Aquaero, and a bunch of bulkhead and elbow fittings :D Now I'm ready to finish my case!

The guy was trying to be as crazy as me and dropped a $&*!load of $$ at the sharka feeding frenzy today

lol, that wasn't me .. was it? :p

*Starts twitching uncontrollably from the thought of AC gear*

I should be getting everything friday, so I will post some pics when its finished :D

Edit: i will send one of my aquabus cable's with it also ( only way for it to work )

Are you saying you have more than one of those Tubemeter's?

Not really. I am in Texas ATM in a boring company meeting (Thank goodness for my Treo.) :)

If I wasn't in Texas I would have been spending away like the rest of ya!

Next time...I'll be there.

psst internet link

The TwinPlex's are now up for sale on the Sharka site ready for sale. The Aluminum (silver and black) faceplates for the Aquaero to match the popular Lian-Li and similar cases are also good in stock but they do not have them on the site as yet. So if you want those you gotta call or e-mail them. :D

Where is the fun in that? I was talking about being able to take full advantage of the opportunity to make totally senseless purchases just b/c I was there. That is something you can't do online. Well…I guess you could but…it wouldn’t be the same. :p

I'm out of my element here. What is that red spot?

And the only CPU item sharks sells from A-C is the Cuplex Xt.

Whereas SNT has :

Cuplex Xt
cuplex rev. 1.3
cuplex Pro
cuplex EVo rev. 1.1

Can anyone tell me which one is the best and why?

The red spot is the chip sink that moves up and down within the block so that different ram heights on different manufacturer boards will fit the same cooler. Typical German technology at it's best :D

I gather you haven't read this thread from start to finish or you wouldn't be asking that question about SNT. But knock yourself out and send him some $$ :)

XT = latest
Pro = 2nd latest
Evo = 3rd latest
Cuplex rev 1.3 old

BTW, have you tried using the search function to find this info you want. I mean there is literally thousands of posts on the watercooling forum about these very subjects :) You will learn a lot and you will come back with even more questions that aren't so easy to answer. The info is out there if you want to find it. I'm nottrying to be mean, but you just have to use a little search button and all will be clear...I hope ;)

Yes I totally understand Obiwan... The force is with you when your standing there at the table trying to keep your mind clear and letting the force flow within you. And then the dark side grabs ya and the next thing you know there is only your empty pockets and a small box of treasue to have buyers remorse the next day.

BTW, you can still do that and you can check out all the other loot they got there! I think Wes has enough compression fittings in the warehouse to keep him and all the other WC dealers satisfied for at least the next 5 years :D

Top Nurse strikes again!

Congrats are in order R1ck.

And those guys in Germany think we don't know what is going on with their electronic toyz. Amazing what an American can do when they put their mind to work. It just needed a simple solution to something that A-C wanted to be a complex problem. Sending stuff to Germany to get fixed is B.S. IMHO.

Actually I have been giving this some thought as A-C doesn't seem to enthused about their distribution network doing the warranty work here. So I think I will look into getting a new burner and see if I can do a backup of the device flash ram. Then if someones Aquaero goes down I can tell them how to fix it or do it for them. :D

As well, ask they to update their web site on their products, esp. the CPU cooler and GPU cooler.

Ask who? What do you want to know? Stock updates? Product updates? Are you using English as a second language as I am having difficulty understanding what you mean. No put down :) just trying to understand what you want. :)

It just so happens that someone who wanted two of those AquagraFX 6800 Rev 2 coolers never completed their tranaction and it appears that there are two (2) more for sale. So go go get'em :D They show on the Sharka site as sold out, but just order them anyway and they will get shipped tomorrow per Wes. If you should be so unfortunate as to miss out then I assume if you don't get a confirmation tracking number that means it probably really is on backorder ;)

I always would rather send something like this to get fixed, you sit on the problem and by the time you figure something out or fix it you could have sent it to germany for $25.00 and get it done by people that actually know what they are doing and back in you hands, all within a week. Even if someone i built a computer for had a problem ( aquaero dies / resistor problems on the aquastream controller ) i would not send it to anyone in the U.S. unless they were fully authorized by AC IMHO. That would be great burn a copy of the firmware and tell everyone what your doing while chris and sebastian from AC look at this thread from time to time. I dont want my name or user name anywhere near something like that

EDIT: and as i said before there will not be an all out one stop place for AC in the U.S. for along time and thats why i have an account with UPS and DHL

Was this the old one that was giving you problems? If so, what did you do differently?

Glad you got it worked out. You are going to like the new Aquasuite software. :)

I placed my order at 2:29 AM Eastern for a aquagra 6800, along with 6 other items, I wonder if wes will let me get that aquagra if i ordered bundle

well, the CPU and GPU cooler on aqua web site are not all covered at their product link.

For e.g, the 6800 Aqua, is shown as a pic. on the front home page, but no desc.., no detail, not even shown as a product if you click GPU cooler. I like to read the details of that product as an e.g.

Okay I see what you mean. More A-C politics I guess  A-C has not updated their English website for about 6 months now. You would have to ask them as to why because they aren't telling anyone else and many people have asked in their forums. I suspect that they are waiting for their distribution channel in the English speaking parts of it to build their own websites so they don't have to do it. Then they can just issue a simple press release to the English speaking distributors and it all gets done badda bing badda boom :D

If your in a hurry then click on the wbshop and everything is there that they sell. However, it will take some time as it is all in German. There is a link to IT-Trade that can give you some visual information that also has a couple of translated words in English at: http://www.it-trade.at/newshop/itemnumbers.php. You can also go to here http://dict.leo.org/?lang=en&lp=ende for a German <=> English dictionary.
