I didn't even give them a claim number. I didn't get any communication from them at all since submitting the claim form in Sept 2016. In the claim, I submitted the receipt. In the email I just said: I would like a status update on my portion of the GTX 970 settlement. I submitted info on https://www.gtx970settlement.com/Home.aspx back in September 2016. They probably matched my email address. I'm still waiting for the check in the mail.
