    still waiting here........ the rejection letter I got on may 26 said return and send
    in with proper paperwork, well, sent it in on may 30 .

    So, 3.5 months later , still nothing ........ and I sent in the proper paper work
    the first time , back in 2016.........

    no, just one 970ssc+ which I've been wanting to update , but the lack
    of fair prices and stock have left me waiting and waiting ,

    been wanting the evga 1080 ftw2 + or msi 1080 gaming z + but both
    are out of reach..

    Yeah I will be calling them daily for this entire week, constantly requesting to speak to managers, upper level management etc.

    Keep insisting it until you get real responses. This is just wrong.

    They are full of shit. I just had one person tell me that they haven't sent out any checks. Obviously that's not correct, but they were doing everything they could to BS their way out of the call. So I've been going back and forth since the letter that requested receipts back in June. Pretty ridiculous.

    Signed up to post this. I filed a claim for three cards towards the beginning of the window, and haven't heard anything since. No request for additional documents, no check. I tried calling the number but there doesn't seem to be a way to get a real person on the line. What's going on?

    Yep, same run around for me. Resent all the paperwork back in June I think...?

    I’m not holding out hope here, but am annoyed out of principle. Seems like this law firm had a clear MO to withhold payments.

    EDIT:
    Wonder if I post this on Reddit or elsewhere if many others were affected? Maybe if we can show that enough people were screwed here someone will pickup the story.

    Yep, and there is not really much we can do about it. I'm not pursuing anything further, as an individual. So, yes, seems to be a calculated move to play off "unclaimed" funds.

    Lol, the very AMD shills that made up the issue in the first place purposefully to prompt the lawyers to sue are now telling people (the class) that the only people to blame is themselves when the lawyers stole almost all of the money.

    And people making 10 cents per post shilling for AMD telling people to get a job.... Just priceless.




    To the people who are owed payment on multiple claims, I suggest you go to the law office and re-possess your funds personally.

    If they refuse then call the federal police and report the theft (as there is 100% chance that the local pigs are their friends)

    Make sure you account for billable hours that they wasted of your time.

    The ruling clearly states that the lawyers MUST disperse the funds within 1 month of receipt.

    What retardation is this? I'm sure 99.9% of the people complaining here have a job. They are owed money that they haven't received from a case settle over a year ago. It is more about the principle at this point you fucking tool.

    Got a check over the summer. Have received a few checks over the years for class action lawsuits like this in the past...it is interesting.

    Just in case anyone else here is running into the same problem, I'm updating this with some more information. On 09 January 2018, I sent another email off to:

    info@bursor.com

    asking them where's my check. After some internal routing, I just got the following reply from them (I've removed specific information):

    I responded with the following:

    So, if you haven't gotten your check from these people, write them at that email address and make sure they haven't just decided the proof of purchase they specified isn't really proof of purchase.

    I've emailed the two companies several times. info@bursor.com was the only one to reply back and it was a generic message (from Sept 2017):

    I called the phone number and got the BS from the person that checks haven't been sent out yet, but someone would call me and email me. Never happened. Pretty huge scam, since they count on most people to forget about it, while they are holding the funds from nVidia.

    Update: I got an email back from info@bursor.com that seems promising. They emailed several people at KCC requesting a status update. I'd suggest that anyone who hasn't received anything to follow up with them. I'll post again when I get more info. Thanks for reminding me to follow up tortotabittl .

    Thanks for the info guys. I just emailed info@bursor.com to request an update on my claim. I submitted my product numbers and invoices from Newegg and EVGA to them twice.
