How many people are still waiting for their checks?
here here , I was rejected once for 7 cards, and sent back all the receipts and serial numbers as asked for. Since then, silence......... Emailed too, nothing....
Still nothing. I'm calling again tomorrow.
still waiting here........ the rejection letter I got on may 26 said return and send
in with proper paperwork, well, sent it in on may 30 .
So, 3.5 months later , still nothing ........ and I sent in the proper paper work

no, just one 970ssc+ which I've been wanting to update , but the lack
of fair prices and stock have left me waiting and waiting ,
been wanting the evga 1080 ftw2 + or msi 1080 gaming z + but both
are out of reach..
What did they last say to you? How has the call experience been like?

Same. I put in for either two or three. It's been so long since I put the request in I don't remember anymore
Yeah I will be calling them daily for this entire week, constantly requesting to speak to managers, upper level management etc.
Keep insisting it until you get real responses. This is just wrong.
They are full of shit. I just had one person tell me that they haven't sent out any checks. Obviously that's not correct, but they were doing everything they could to BS their way out of the call. So I've been going back and forth since the letter that requested receipts back in June. Pretty ridiculous.
Signed up to post this. I filed a claim for three cards towards the beginning of the window, and haven't heard anything since. No request for additional documents, no check. I tried calling the number but there doesn't seem to be a way to get a real person on the line. What's going on?

Anybody gotten a different answer when calling? It's just a bunch of "escalation" nonsense that never gets replied to.
Sounds like the "good guy" lawyers (oxymoron)[/sarcasm] stole most of the money that Nvidia paid out that was earmarked for consumers, lulz.
Apparently, everything except paying out the $$$ they owe
