Love your socket 754?

Memtest stable does not mean Windows stable. Don't ask why, that's just how it is. ;) I can do DDR600 2.5-4-3 in memtest...i can't even do DDR600 3-4-4 in windows tho.

I read the OC guide at eclipseOC yesterday (nice guide BTW) going to have a dig at that tonight. I want more speed!

Good man, hop to it! :D
haha, give me a while.. took me long enough to write the a64 oc'ing guide. i'm sure some of you remember how long i said i was gonna do it before it finally showed up :D

Don't let Eclipse tell you otherwise, he knows I'm the memory master with my TCCD. :p

ohh yea tsue, having to drop hardcore from like 540 2.5-3-3 to like 3-4-4 to get past 570. hell, even (cf)'s ballistix do better then that. also ,i bought a venice, that means, who wants to buy watercooling?

Pfsh, I still have to do a peak screenable shot too, don't hate. ;) And I'm still questioning the memory controller on this Venice...if they do this on the hopefully-soon opteron, then I'll just call the sticks duds. They do rated speeds no problem, but hey, they do better than ur TCCD did. :D ooooooo

harsh but true. also, id love to see how the Venice stacks up against the Opteron, or vice versa i should say. my guess is opteron > venice due to A. more efficent, and B. better mem controller

heh, aside from the fact that you're complaining to me about how annoying it is to overclock. in yo face n00b :D

I'm still waiting 'til I get an opteron to pass judgement on this TCCD...but how it stands, it's a bit confusing/annoying, yes. So help me, you call me a n00b in public again woman, I'll make tsuehpsydeOC.com. :D

hahahaha :p

think of it this way. almost anything is better than the clawhammer i have now. it's a win/win for me

well i guess not, but i sure love EOC boardroom chatrooms. they get the funniest things ever. just look at my sig, or cf's or tsues. funny stuff, and great reviews. watch out kids, opteron is coming for you!

Well it's appreciated anyway, of course, I haven't actually tried any of it yet just read it so I could be patting your back prematurely! :p

definitly did well :D

i've got a lot of work ahead of me though.. gotta find a s939 + agp mobo that's good for overclocking, do testing on my opteron, and do a retarded amount of memory benches for something

i might put my NF3 ultra-d for sale soon eclipse, youll be the first person i message
:)

lapping an xp90 sucks. i swear the kid before who did it, he musta had like pavement instead of glass to lap it with. seesh people are lame.

I used my hand! :D But I did a good job me thinks. The spread on my 3400+ Clawhammer and the XP-120 on my DFI 250GB worked out pretty well.

Not bad for using just my hand! And it shall be yours soon enough CCU.

heh, true. my heart still lies with s754, and i'te got two s754 chips sitting right next to me: 3200+ clawhammer and 3700+ newark :D

I've just been busy lately, personally. My hands are always full anymore. But any 754'ers still around, feel free to shoot the breeze in our well established thread. :) I still have a 754 mobo and processor on my kitchen table, so I still count (kinda).
