I used a calibrator and for me 7% was about 120 nits. 10% was something like 130-140 nits. So you cannot directly just calculate it. If you don't have a calibrator I would aim for values under 10% and compare with your desired SDR mode setting.I've calculated the formula for the HDR / SDR brightness balance slider in Windows.
