I'm a sucker for the LE, and considering this (at least from what it seems) is for the standard version.

If they try to do that I'll call my bank and tell them to refuse the charge because I didn't authorize them to charge anymore than $25.
 
Limited edition actually give you stuff you can't obtain otherwise in game? That's not cool.
 
Did you also notice that it ships from Gamestop as they are part of the same company? This will get fixed. Similar thing happened with SFIV with the arcade stick.
 
Couldn't get Bing to work...but eh, it's only $2.50.

Anyways, really hoping this goes through! :)

I can't tell you how many of these "deals" I've tried my luck on from B&N only to be denied because Gamestop wouldn't validate the price.

I can't wait to see how many people rage who got in on this "sale" only to be denied.

I'm going in with the mindset that the order will get canceled.
 
not even going to bother, at this point my only hope is for bb to missprint the add again just like mw2 so i can go walmart or have them honor the price

Same. Figure if its canceled I'm not out a penny and if it goes through I get the game cheap as hell. No risk involved for me.

i would bet harvard business college has a term for this... something like "the dell effect". just put out a crazy preorder deal a month early, have a couple million hits on your site for a couple days and whole-heartedly apologize for the mistake and offer 10% off msrp and make the shipping cost 100% more then usual. then wait for the advertisement revenue to clear for an added bonus.

I'm stuck on the level where you have to fight the alien spaceship. Problem is when the beam freezes you and then the elephant storms out in front to block you from recovering. Any hints? So frustrating I want to return it.
