You can also play early if you get the unencrypted .exe from someone who has already.
Says I already have the latest version.
lets get this zipped up and try it
I'm guessing there is more to it than that though, there is a .lic file that gets created for your key.

I did it! Unlocked and good to go
(1) Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> Lan Settings --> Check "Use a proxy server"
Type this Korean Info: 203.232.208.116 port 8080
(2) Run Origin and unlock the game.
(3) Go back and remove the Korean proxy and now you should be able to fully play in USA servers

I made sure Origin was offline first and followed these instructions to the letter.
Guess I know what I'm doing when I get back from real life responsibilities later today.

Hmm battlelog keeps giving me the 500 error for
were you getting a constant 60fps with that setup?
Using 11.9 w/ CAP 3. Worked fine in Beta. 11.10 preview 3 drivers crash in Eyefinity in general so I cannot use those.

Wow im a happy mofo today! 80 FPS maxed out at 1920X1080.. game is awesome!! Think i might be coming down with a cold, might have to take off tomorrow.

The korean one didn't work for me, but this one did, thanks! Game rocks, played two rounds of bazaar I think, best shooting mechanics of any game ever imo.

They will have to ban half world. I see servers getting loaded all over the globe.

With the console release hacked and playable online days ago and the pc release getting leaked..what was it...12 days ago? There's really nothing more they can do to combat this. The game is obviously fully patched (included in pre-load) so there's really no need to not be cool with it.

the day 1 patch is already in the game
joysticks indeed work but are sometimes iffy if you connect them mid game and you can't bind them properly. just connect it before you start the game.

with hotfix 3, im getting 40-50fps on my 6870 running at ultra, 0xaa, and ssao off, @ 1920x1200. pretty damn awesome drivers if you ask me.
