I have 130 hours in AC Valhalla right now. But I have collected every wealth, artifact, and mystery along the way. You could easily beat it in maybe 60 hours.

I was referring to Assassins' Creed. I was over two hundred fifty when I finished Odyssey. I am sixty hours into Valhalla and feel like I am just getting started.I think that's a bit of an exaggeration, I think I finished WDL in about 50 or so, if that. I guess you *could* spend more time but I can't imagine spending 200-300 hours in that game.

This game is far better than Odyssey, but more boring because of how mundane everything is. I'm finding it to be about as buggy as Cyberpunk 2077 in February. Which is annoying but doable. Except I've had more crashes in this game, and the save system sucks. If you're in the middle of a 20 minute raid and the game crashes you need to restart everything over again. I'm not sure why games in the early 2000s had quick saves but with bigger drives, SSDs, fast CPUs and more RAM that they can't figure it out.
Pretty much the same bugs Cyberpunk had. Lots of animation glitching and the like. Moderate amount of crashing.
I miss the myriad of question marks on the map and compass that Odyssey had. In a game that takes hundreds of hours not having them to get through quests and blue mysteries is annoying. I don't like having to go to Google constantly to quickly keep making progress with where to go for the mysteries.

Complete one area, and then pledge to the next. How does the allegiance map work? "Committed" to another allegiance and it made a quest disappear. Reloaded the save and it is still there. Do I have to complete one region at a time? Can you make allegiances in all areas?
Crashes have been getting a bit worse overall as I progress. Sometimes I go many hours without a crash other times I get them around an hour apart. Any particular thing that can help with crashing aside from waiting for a patch?
I save every 5 minutes or so now. Think I had only 1 crash in the past 4-5 hours of gameplay but that is still too many. It is playable but gets annoying. I'm finding Cyberpunk's February builds to be more stable than this game overall.
I put 100 hours into it and had maybe 5 total crashes (on older builds of the game...pre-River raid)....<shrug>
Must be certain areas of the map. I haven't had a crash in 8-10 hours.
Does every region of the map have story related content? This game is long, even longer than I thought. I don't do every single mystery or find every crate but clear most of them in each region. And I still have 8-9 left.

The game does have a quick save feature, if you're on controller hold down on the D-pad and press X (or the equivalent on your controller)The crashing is pissing me off. How can you not know how to implement a quick save in 2020?

Yeah this game is the most "unfriendly-to-stealth" AC to date. At least with the previous couple of titles, even though they were blatantly trying to be "witcher3-lite" the map layouts were still stealthable most of the time. Looking at most of the levels' design in this title they didn't give a rats ass about stealth. It's no longer Assassin's Creed but Generic Action Game Creed.red zone
The crashing is pissing me off. How can you not know how to implement a quick save in 2020? Would have made it so much more bearable. I can't seem to figure out what makes the game crash.
To kick you out of 30-40 minutes of gameplay for no fucking reason when quick saves existed in the 1990s isn't excusable anymore.

It's still fun, and there are some completely stealthable areas, but they are clearly moving the franchise away from its roots, towards a more button action style button mash friendly system.
