Yes I think its a good idea to go with the X800 but you chould get a 9800pro and flash the bios to make it a 9800XT if you dont want to spend the money on a high card. If you like ATI the X800 while please you for along time But you have to get the 9800PRO 256mb version to do that not the 128mb
