That's the XMP profile enabled. If I do 3200 the system will blue screen on boot and won't even get me to a Windows login. Those numbers do look high to me, I think you're right.

Here we are - updated to 5.1 (user error I was selecting the non /ac bios like an idiot) and then we're at 2933mhz.. going to give it a shot at 3200 and see if its a win.
