Ok. That's awesome! Thank you!
So add sharpness... interesting. Everything I read said to bring it to 0! I have yet to try it but i'll definitely give it a shot!
Sorry if this has been asked before. Doing some searching and I feel like I am missing some information.
AMD 5800X
32GB DDR4 4000
RTX 4090
Samsung S95B 55" OLED
I have the settings set to "custom" which is basically everything on its highest setting + DLSS/Ray Reconstruction/Frame Generation...
God of War Ragnarok: 100/10
Game is damn near perfect
Remnants 2: 8/10
Lots of fun. Challenging, great graphics, lots of run via coop.
Cyberpunk 9/10.
I enjoyed the story very much. Graphics are 10/10. 4K 100-130fps with path tracing is a real treat.
Sekiro. 8/10.
Game is very hard but...
I appreciate all the feedback!
Right now I am playing Remants 2, Cyberpunk (original), and Elden Ring.
I am currently using a 3080 until the 4090 comes in. Cyberpunk thrashes this poor thing at 4K.
I have heard a lot of conflicting information regarding the use of DLSS.
Some people say that using DLSS 2.0 or 3.0 (3.0 for me soon as I just got a 4090) barely hurts visuals. Not noticeable at all.
Others say that you can't experience "true 4K" with DLSS. It just hurts the quality too much...

How does the CX 48 work on PC at 1440p?
I think i'd rather the FPS instead of the quality boost. But i'd have to test both settings to see if I even notice a difference.
I suppose that makes sense. I'd only be 3-3 1/2' feet away while using my PC. 5-6 feet while gaming. 48" does seem to make for a better fit.
Just seems silly to buy smaller for no reason!
I don't know what the "Reworked Project" and a good "ENB" mean. :-( Sorry
But I think i'll take your advice. It has overwhelming feedback. Everywhere I read, it's a top 3 all time.
I never do that. My B6 was bought 5-6 months after release and it's still going strong. But it's good to know.
I always assumed that powering on and off is a bad idea.
Do you guys think a 55" would work as well as the 48"?
They're the same price right now.
Also, do you turn off the TV if not using the PC? Or do you just rely on the screen saver to do its thing?
No, sorry.
I mean when you're in the middle of combat with someone and you land the "final blow". Pretty much everyone from 1-4 (and all the spinoffs) had sweet animations for the kill shot.
It's come to my attention that both of my displays cost is actually more expensive than a single 48" OLED.
It's primarily a gaming/web browsing PC. It does almost nothing else.
Monitors are the Samsung G7 32" and a LG 34" Ultrawide. Both are rated great for gaming. But I am seeing some pretty...
I am looking for a RPG to play. I played The Witcher 3 on X Box One X for about 5-6 years but got pulled away from it.
Now I have a fairly capable PC and was thinking about starting it over. But I am kind of a graphics snob. Do the mods really enhance the graphics enough to be appreciated?

I really enjoyed these games. I wonder why they stopped making them!
Ghost of Tsushima is made by the same people?
This game has me curious. The reviews look great but I dunno... something about it turns me away from it.
Is it really that good? Any games you guys can compare it to?
I have the same complaints!
I hate the fighting system too. No gruesome kill shots like the other games. I was really expecting some awesome animations. I stopped playing about 3-4 hours in.
I have an 1800sq foot bi-level.
2 Eero 6 Pro nodes... so plenty overkill.
I have the main node located pretty much in the center of the second floor (2 feet from my modem).
The second node was purchased strictly to give my Ring Motion Sensor and sons Miku all the wifi they would need to work...
I know what you mean by everything being different. But my brain just tells me if out of the box is 75% accurate. Post calibration is 95% accurate. Then even if it's off cuz of the setting/panel being totally different... it's still an improvement.
I didn't know that only certain applications...
