    I have to agree with Bill. 50C idle is pretty good. My quad core 6700 is overclocked to 3.2 and the idle temps are around 55-57C max load just under 70c From what I've been told here are those are pretty good temps

    yeah but if you are going to fork over 300+ I would argue the TJ 07 Silverstone is superior. 4 120 mm fans 2 92mm solid alunumium and most importantly, the hard drive and power supply are completely separate from the motherboard keeping all heat sources from mixing with each other.

    I've got a QX6700 running multiplier 12@ 3200ghz. Core Temp puts the temps of the cores at around 55C Speedfan says they are 40C. How do I know who to believe and most importantly, when does the temps of the cores get too high to be safe? Thanks
