Ok,

I've got an old SB75g2 Shuttle that has decided to start randomly rebooting. Before trying out different hardware I was wondering if any of you have a checklist you follow when you run into this.

I've already run memtest all night and the the ram is fine.

Try checking the event viewer for errors and disabling automatic restart on system failure.

Yup, disable the auto-reboot, then write down the error code you get. Google the error, or post it here for further help.
