We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

My mom has been on the phone complaining about her POS work computer. PRoblem is her boss is a complete asshole and wont help and he hordes all the passwords. Her comp is just about to give and I'm trying to set up an old Shuttle as a backup in case it blows so she can work. I've managed to get most of the passwords he needs but one I can't get is the exchange server userid and password for her email account. I'd like to be able to export the mail account out and import it to outlook (not express) but I haven't figured out how.

Can anyone help?

1st - You said - exchange server userid and password for her email account.
The user id for Exchange Server is the users logon id and password that they use to logon to the Domain. IE there computer at startup. You most likey are not going to be able to join that computer you have for her to the domain.

File - Export - PST check all subfolders

You might not be able to setup a backup machine for her depending on how her machine connects to her office now. I'd bet it is on their domain and she is logging in via vpn right?

If that is the case you would need them to set it up as their is no way you will get a password to a user account with enough rights to put a new machine on their domain.

Anyway if she is just logging in via vpn the exchange password would be her domain user name and password.
