replacing my Asus P5B with what?

You can see from my sig my stats.

I'm looking for a high end STABLE motherboard preferably from ASUS to replace my current motherboard.

I don't want to switch to DDR3 when I have some great DDR2 ram and my choice is the ASUS MAXIMUS FORMULA LGA 775.

Is this really the best choice if I want an Intel motherboard chipset?
 
I would like to vote for the ASUS maximus formula, awsome board, i just got one my self and have been really impressed with it, even managed to go from 3.4ghz to 3.6 on my e6600 since switching to this board
