I haven't been keeping up with computers in awhile and I was wondering if netbooks have reached the point where they're around $300 and a little larger than 10". I'm looking for a laptop for school but 10" is kind of small and my budget is kind of low :( Anyone know of any?

Don't forget TEXT CHAT!!!! I've been hearing that this game is actually 6 vs 6 and only 9 vs 9 in certain game modes. That's gotta suck pretty hard. Just a quick question. If someone needed to get kicked out from a game can only the host kick them? Or can we vote to kick the player out?

I doubt there will be a patch. If they were planning on adding dedicated servers in the future, they would have announced it to keep the pc gamers from being angry. But then again, who knows what they're trying to accomplish on the pc side of things.

Its obvious that Infinity Ward/Activision are just trying to get rid of PC gamers for some reason. They should have just not even spent any money developing the game. The first problem they did was took away the Hardened and Prestige Edition. I was willing to put down $150 for that Prestige...

if you actually understood the problem that pc gamers have, it is more than just dedicated servers. there's issues about mods, custom maps, lean, and a bunch of more issues with the pc version. We're not complaining about how the game is fun. I'll play it, but I won't buy it.

easy. theyre gonna steal ideas from other games. If dice includes mods for their next battlefield games they can just take the ideas and put it in the next cod game and say that they were material that were going to be added in mw2 but didn't make the cut.

Anyone have a 14" or less laptop for less that $400 for sale? Doesn't have to be top of the line but decent enough for me to word process, internet, and watch some movies would be the minimal requirement.

Well I just basically want to have the whole record and watch function of the DVR. As of now I'm not really interested in building a media center yet.

Would that mean that everytime I just want to watch TV, I either have to remove it from the computer or just watch TV from the computer?

I think we should all screw with dell on this deal. Right before the card ships, we should all cancel so Dell is left with an excessive amount of MSI cards. Shows them for messing around with our orders :D

well my CRT is my secondary monitor. The games are played on my Primary (TV). Both Native resolutions are 1024x768, but the TV can go higher, it's just not native.

How come? I'm only going to be playing games at resolution no higher than 1280x1024. Also since the E6550 has a multiplier of 7x would that make it harder to achieve a 3.2ghz than the E6750 with 8X? Like would I have higher temps/voltage because of this?
