I somehow had copied the wrong settings accidentally. Correct ones are above, here also:

Modded to VGA, NTSC not PAL. Preveious one I did was PAL, new mod and this is as good as I can get. Solid with no flicker or rolling, but no image either. One weird thing is that I drag the pointer over and I see it over the garbled garbage, but no icons, right click menu, or anything I drag over.
I've done a few of these now, previously I seemed to have bought PAL units from Ebay now I have two that I think are NTSC. I have two LCD's bought from different people but both are the identical models with the identical results, niether works right. Here's a pic of what's happening.
ATI...
I'd be interested in that LCD with the dead pixel. I'm nost sure what you are wanting for it, maybe $20 plus shipping? I'll PM you as well since it may be easier to get.
I need a videocard capable of csync output in a PCI format. I know both Radeon 7000 and Matrox G200 work.
I've got a Sapphire Radeon 7000 AGP 32mb I'd trade.
Edit: Signature with email wasn't there, oops.
EDIT #2: If I didn't state it clearly enough, please I ONLY need PCI. I have a...
Woot sells good stuff every day. New updates at midnight daily. One item per day, new item almost everyday. ALways at a serious discount. The only problem is that this isn't a head unit, but I have one and it plugs in to a normal CD changer plug on most any decent head unit, or you can use an FM...
I've got a Sapphire Radeon 7000, 32mg AGP version. New in box, never used even. I bought it for a project computer but ended up going with a bit nicer card. I've got a new project but need a PCI card as a secondary.
I'd trade someone this AGP Radeo 7000 for a PCI version if anyone out there...
Kroger is a grocery store chain. Plus they have a bunch of other Korger owned store's like Fred Meyer. I'll have to head to Fred Meyer and check if I have that deal here.
On my PSOne LCD Mod in progress I'm starting the preliminaries and need a hand. Connecting the LCD panel to the round control board behind it is a 30 pin 5/8" ribbon cable. It's short, too short. I need a way to extend it and then connect it back to the small socket.
It's pretty much...
Still the best I have found is either the Hyundai 19" at CompUSA or Ag Neovo 19" at ZipZoomFly. I tried to get the Hyundai, but found the Ag Neovo cheaper after the free 2 day shipping.
Just my monitor today. I have to say it performs wonderfully. Games are crisp and fast, with no ghosting, text and 2D is awesome.
$345 after the rebate is totally hard to beat as well. 19" LCD with DVI and great performance, [H]ot Deal for sure.
ZipZoomFly is awesome. I have been trying to get that Hyundai monitor at Compusa for like a week. Constantly out of stock and now Tiger Direct is as well as of a couple days ago. I went looking for something similar.
$375 - $40 MIR = $335 (after rebate) FREE 2 Day FedEx,
Awesome since...
Guessing by what I am seeing inside the lid with the actual screen, I see a couple items. The cable from the main portion of the player runs to a board within the lid where the screen is. From there it splits off to the two wimpy speakers and then to the screen. It has the obligatory circuitry...
Ok, I need a bit of help. I have two dead Mintek personal dvd players. Bad drives, bbut good screens. I'm planning on modding them for use in the side of a Shuttle SFF case, SB81P to be exact. Anyway, does anyone out there have any exp in converting LCD's from other devices to computer usage...
