    Cable box w/ USB, IEEE 1394, SATA inputs?

    I have a motorola box for comcast cable. Itr has all these inputs. I also have DVR, is there a way to retreive the data on the DVR hard drive so I can store them to my PC?

    i hooked up my plasma to my pc and i have the ability to go up to 200mhz refresh rate, is this neccessary? i never can tell the difference between 60mhz and 80, what should i set it at. what do i expect to get out of t performance wise? Thanks in advance!
