I have a neo 2 platinum mobo, AMD 64 3200, 1 gb corsair, raid 120gb maxtors, Corsair 520W PS (new) I am having freezing issues 2-4 minutes after bootup. I don't know what it could be. I ruled out the powersupply becuase i just bought one. Could the cpu be overheating? Its been a while since I put some grease down on the chip. I am using a thermaltake II heatsink, and I am overclocking slightly above its out of box speed. Haven't tinkered with it in a while, but the issue I'm having might be telling me to replace something in the hardware. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, if this is in the wrong forum please let me know.
