i hooked up my plasma to my pc and i have the ability to go up to 200mhz refresh rate, is this neccessary? i never can tell the difference between 60mhz and 80, what should i set it at. what do i expect to get out of t performance wise? Thanks in advance!

Generally the folks here are a bit picky in answering a question like this.... you are using "mhz" a lot, you may want to modify your request so it makes a bit more sense.

Just a suggestion, though--I have no experience specifically in the area you are talking about so I can't answer your question.

It's Hz, not MHz, and I would leave it around 60 or 70. I would check in the TV's manual and determine what the ideal refresh rate would be.
