    haha, whoops, smooth on the outside. Yeah I have a drill press and I see what you're trying to do there but I don't know how well it would work on the outside of a 3/8th tube. Basically I'm attempting to build my own radiator.

    After alot more research and pointers from you guys I think I may have settled on this Antec Signature SG650 650W due to it's stability and efficiency.
