Have you ever heard of anyone making sure a tube is perfectly cylindrical without using a lathe?
I'd use a lathe if I had one but I don't. :(

What diameter hole are you trying to obtain? Do you have access to a drill press? You could drill the hole then use a hone in an electric drill. If you have the material you could also bring it to a local trade school where the will bore the hole for you.

haha, whoops, smooth on the outside.
Yeah I have a drill press and I see what you're trying to do there but I don't know how well it would work on the outside of a 3/8th tube.

Basically I'm attempting to build my own radiator.
